Photoshop Phriday: Jehu Chesson
After the last two Michigan football games I’m hoping tomorrow afternoon against Rutgers is a relaxing and low-stress affair. If the first eight games of the season have been any indication, you can expect wide receiver Jehu Chesson to catch a few passes. Chesson, a senior, is in his third year of playing after redshirting his freshman year. He has gradually taken on a larger role in the receiving corps and this year has made several highlight reel plays.
Chesson ran track in high school and has a reputation for being one of the fastest members on the team. It certainly showed when he ran back the opening kickoff against Northwestern 96 yards for a touchdown, or on this 66 yard run against Maryland. Last week he hauled in two touchdown passes against Minnesota, including the one that helped put Michigan ahead for good. What could be better than catching two touchdowns and bringing the little brown jug back to Ann Arbor? How about a few slices of banana bread (Photo credit Patrick Barron)?!
